Ok everyone, we are super excited for this new feature that just went live on our site last Thursday. It’s called Live Chat! It allows us to chat with visitors to our site and answer any questions they have about CMT.
The main purpose of this chat is for potential/existing customers to inquire with us about any events they have coming up and if they want a quick quote. They can also inquire about how to use the website from registering through how the booking process works. We are hoping to take our already outstanding customer service to the next level and make the process as smooth as possible leaving everyone coming back for more!
Models and talent may also utilize the chat function, but make sure you look around the site and do your research prior to selecting that button. We pay close attention to the ones who are on top of things vs. the ones who aren’t.
